chapet 6 "FEAR"

To me fear is all in the mind. On day I was afraid to afraid that there waa a moster under my bed and I would not go under during night time. Finally I found the courage to look under my bed at nigh and there was nothing there. My older sister had told me months ago that here is a monster that comes under your bed every night

In the Lord of the Flies- The kids are afraid to sleep of be along at night because they think that there is a beastie and it will hurt them is they are along. But the irony of this is that the beastis only comes out at night and they havent seen the beastie only the image and there not even sure about the image.
